Warranties and Damage Protection

At Carolina In Home Flooring we offer multiple ways to protect your flooring investment:

1) Product Warranty: All floor covering products are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Manufacturer warranty terms are provided to our customers upon purchase. Please see manufacturers' separate warranties for the terms of their warranties. Carolina In Home Flooring provides a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship and installation. No other product warranties, either expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, are provided.

2) Installation Warranty: Our installation is backed by a limited lifetime warranty that is non-transferrable and provided to our customers upon purchase. A current version is also available our website at all times.

3) Damage Protection Plan: Accidents happen. When product and installation warranties aren’t able to cover damages caused by various accidents, our 5-year accidental damage protection plan does! Your flooring investment deserves the best protection, and adding this to your manufacturer and installation warranties does exactly that.

• Coverage up to the total amount paid including installation.
• No service fees. No deductible.
• Covers scratches, dents, dings, gouges, snags, warping, unraveling and stains caused by covered accidents.
• Most flooring accidents are covered for full repair or replacement.
